• This item is non-returnable due to potential safety risk associated with this ingestible product type, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement.

• To prevent and detect fraud and abuse, in some circumstances we may require additional information and documentation from you, such as a government-issued photo identification or photo documentation, to consider providing a refund or replacement. • We will try to handle each case as quickly as possible, but the timing of our assessment also depends on how quickly we receive any needed additional information and documentation. Once a refund has been processed, it may take a week or so for the money to be returned, depending on the bank.
